looks freakin’ cold doesnt it? someone told me it was quite warm for the normal….yeah right!!!
Been away for a couple of days.
Went to Sheffield to take care of some stuff (more on that latter :P). It was fun but could be better if if wasn’t the cold… I’m definitely a hot weather animal, i got sick and now i have to stop training for awhile. Back to Zero its all its going through my mind right now.
I got back from UK on Sunday, When i left the Faro Airport the critical though came - Ill never go to UK in the Winter - I rushed to Lisbon with a record setting 1h:50m drive time(<– dont comment this please) and on monday i left lisbon to join the Portuguese Triathlon Training camp in Rio Maior. Very good conditions here to full focus training but instead im here doing nothing since i cant even run 10 min without losing my breath while running at 5min/km pace. Ill see the doctor in a few hours, so ill probably go back to lisbon.
I’m extremely pissed, it seems something happens during this period of the year, every year. Last year i had really bad problems with my stomach, now im having health problems. And of course the “go back to Zero” feeling is seated right next to me. I lost a good oportunity to log really good miles on the pool, on the road and on the trails. CRAP
My Internet Time is finishing…Uncle Phil, Your address please :D
Not quite. well kinda…
There must a reason the Portuguese population are so bad at driving, everyone except me of course, I’m an excellent driver
.
It was quite impressive to see 5 (five) car crashes in a 10km of road for those who know it was from Caxias to Estoril. Are people Stupid or what? 5!!! OK it was raining, that no excuse anyway. There must be a reason why we Portuguese don’t have a F1 pilot. It is clear to me that people have slick tires on their cars, and obviously didn’t read my last post about rain tires
.
From time to time someone asks me what is the main industry in Portugal. I pretty much hesitated with the reply, now i know one ———> Auto Body Shop <——–
but it quite fun to see cars wrecked all over the place, pretty entertaining
when you buy rain tires for the bike….it pretty much sums your expectations for the next few months.
Yes, i bought rain tires, i feel ashamed of my self!!!!!
I need help overcoming this dark period of my life, I BOUGHT RAIN TIRES
I BOUGHT RAIN TIRES
