One of the coolest action shots…

…i have seen, of me of course. The most beautiful shot that i can remember is a Peter Reid photo while running somewhere in Hawaii where he seems to be floating.

This one though is on the Road to Kona Issue of Triathlete Mag, very cool :P

IMAZ focus

with less than 2 month for my first season goal, IMAZ, i finally changed to a somewhat normal pre Ironman training routine. its pretty much similar to the last (few) Ironman race focus workouts and since its been working pretty well, ill do the same for this one.

so, an overview of my next weeks of training would be like this

Monday:

Swim: 5000m
Run: 1h:30m

Tuesday:

swim:8000m (2 workouts)
Bike:3h:00
Run:1h:00

Wednesday:

swim: 6200m
bike: 2h:00
run: 2h+

Thursday:

swim: 7500m (2 workouts)
bike:4h:00

Friday:

swim:4500m
Run: 1h:50m

Saturday:

swim:4500m
Bike:3h00
Run: 1h:00

Sunday:

Bike:5h:00
Run: 0:35m (after bike)

of course, some minor changes will occur over the weeks and i wont go into the details about each workout or the quick finger on the (Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v) of my coach will be jeopardized :D. Lets just say that i had plenty to worry about…

I’m also working on a project of mine that will be totally related with triathlon, more on that when i have something to show :D

the sad truth

I was having lunch when i looked to my vacuum cleaner, the first thought when i saw 1600W written on the machine was. that piece of plastic is more powerful than i am.

A powermeter can do that kind of things to your brainFrown

Sad
