an unglorious end of the season
yeah, thats it.
I really cant explain what happened, to keep it short, i had nothing in the body today, since the beginning… 59 min swim and about 7 min lost to guys that swim around or behind (although that doesnt matter )me explains how i felt. Like i said i have no explanation for this.
bike was the same, absolutely no power in my legs, so i pulled out with a “what the hell happened to me” feeling.
an season to forget to say the least….

oh boy, its almost race day
YEAH, this sunday i will race in Ironman Arizona, again…
I would lie if i said i feel as good as in hawaii but we will see what happens, its a really deep field of athletes, kinda unexpected but it will be fun anyway.
Training was weird, bike and run was kinda normal stuff, shorter workouts for sure but basically the same stuff. Swimming is what was more diferent. I spent more than 2 weeks until my wounds disapear and after that i didnt swim at all, yes, i didnt swim at all it was all about jumping into the water and do drills and yes i decided so. I have no idea how many meter i did in each workout, probably around 2000 and 2500m so this will be totally a shot in the dark for me.
one thing tha makes me sad is that my wounds have the same skin color than 4, 5 weeks ago meaning that my health skin lost the tan… i got back to the white dude since i havent exposed my skin to the sun from the race day in hawaii…its all gone LOL
anyway, i will travel to arizona next thursday. Yes a bit late but i wont have a chance to get sick
